A. NGI relationships with land owners are offered indefinitely as opposed to seasonally
B. The probationary period is currently 12 months, post first calving season.
C. Bison are a wildlife species and not cattle, therefore NGI participant changes of heart and/or termination will only be considered during seasons that do not adversely impact herd-production, or do not pose a health threat to individual bison.
D. The NGI premise is: Lifelong homes for bison herds as economically sustainable grass, native habitat and land-management tools.
